Captain Arsenio was a funny little man.  And more than anything in the world, he wanted to fly. Unfortunately for him, he was living in 1782 and there wasn't a really good way to do such a thing.  But that didn't stop Captain Arsenio.  No way.  He decided that he would fly no matter what.  And his attempts were, shall we say, less than spectacular.
