Tyce Sanders certainly can't complain about being a bored teenager.  Even if he is the only teen on the whole planet.  He was born on Mars and has lived here all his life.  His parents are part of an experimental group who are trying to establish a colony on the planet to ease crowding on Earth.  Tyce's ability to control a robot through virtual reality has come in handy around the dome.  Now he is called on to go out into the Martian atmosphere to save one of the scientists who has been attacked.  Attacked?  By whom?  There can't really be aliens on this planet, can there?
