Sixteen-year-old Kayla is a talented ballerina who is attending the prestigious Florida Arts High School.  But try as she might, she can never get the ballet roles that she wants.  You see, she has a big problem that is holding her back-- her double D breasts.  Her teacher pulls her aside one day and encourages her to consider surgery to fix the problem.  This causes a divide between the student population.  Those that feel she should keep the chest and those that feel she should reduce.  To add to this drama, pairs of red shoes have been appearing around the school with death threats.  Just what is going on here?
