This is a Cinderella tale with a bit of a different story.  There are no royal balls.  No princes searching the country for a wife.  No evil step sisters.  No pumpkins or mice.  Instead we have a young lady wishing to accompany her family to church.  But she has no dress that is good enough to wear.  When the old henwife agrees to help, the story begins.
