Matthew Armentrout and his friend Parker are both 12 years-old. One warm October day they decide to camp out at Indian Creek with Parker’s dog Otis. They ride their bikes to the creek, set up camp, fish, eat some Dinty Moore Stew, and then go to sleep. In the morning they eat Twinkies for breakfast. The dog Otis starts running around and barking.
