To look at her, Princess Hyacinth looks like a regular little girl.  Of course when she puts on her princess clothes, she does look like a princess.  But there is something very different about her.  You see, when she is not tied down, she floats.  And she longs to be allowed to float outside.  But you can probably figure out what may happen if she tries that!
