Sebastian Barth is 13. He loves to be a detective and solve mysteries. He has a small part in a summer play at a local college. An old friend of his mother, Michaele, is a famous actress who has come to town to star in the play. Suspicious things start happening to Michaele. First she starts receiving anonymous presents. Then a chair Michaele is sitting on breaks. (Read some of pages 42-43) It turns out there’s more than one mystery surrounding this actress that everybody loves, and Sebastian ties it all together just in time.
