This tale is the North African version of Snow White. After she avoids being killed on orders of her stepmother, Rimonah joins a group of Bedouins. As time goes by, Rimonah becomes as brave and competent as any Bedouin. As her fame spreads, her stepmother learns where she is and orders her killed. Rimonah escapes and takes refuge in a cave with forty thieves. Rimonah rides with the thieves and is almost killed in a raid. She is rescues from her glass coffin by the prince of her dreams. She then goes on to defeat her stepmother and rescue her father.
