Edgeview Alternative is the end of the line for school misfits.  Martin earned his spot by getting kicked out of three other schools he has a slight tendency to mouth off at teachers.  Bloodbath seems to be there because he likes to hit people.  Martin’s roommate, Torchie, starts fires. Trash throws stuff around.  Cheater cheats on tests.  Or so it seems.  Might there be some other explanation?  When Martin observes Flinch playing pinball an idea comes to him.  A little bit of library research tells him all he needs to know.
