Imagine a world where time flows backward. This is what Owen is going through. In my book a junkyard owner named Johnston has made a machine that makes time flow backward. Owen (the main character) is stuck on an island in time. Everything not on the island disappears. So Owen decides he has to find the mortmain which is a brass boat propeller that they think is in the junkyard. The mortmain is the only thing that can turn the machine off. But first he has to get past Johnston’s men called the harsh. The only problem is the harsh are as strong as they have ever been. What will happen to Owen? Will he be stuck in a world where time flows back ward? Will he stop the machine? Find out by reading The Navigator.  (Reed, student)
