 This is a fascinating adventure story about the author's two treks deep into the heart of Borneo.  In his second trek, he attempts to become the first Westerner to scale the mysterious Mount Tiban since 1925.  He sojourns there with his indigenous guides, Iban & Kenyah descendants of head-hunters.  There are some great and hilarious passages and the author quotes famous predecessors to include the fascinating history, ethnology, and wildlife of Sarawak, Borneo.  (George, student)
