Someone new needs Johnny's help.  After his adventure with the aliens, he is not too terribly surprised when dead people start asking for his help.  As he is walking through the cemetery one evening, Johnny encounters the spirit of a past Alderman.  It is through him and several others that Johnny learns that there are plans to bulldoze the cemetery!  Where will the graves go?  The spirits had been promised that is was there last resting place and now they are expected to pick up and move.  It simply is not fair!  And it's up to Johnny and his friends to save the cemetery.
