Fred loves his house.  It used to be so jazzy snazzy but it is now full of dust and cobwebs.  That is just the way Fred likes it.  After all, he's a ghost and doesn't need much.  When new people show up and start cleaning the place, Fred gets worried.  When they bring in tables and chairs and open a restaurant, Fred gets angry!
