THE BEST HALLOWEEN EVER

Oh no.  The Herdman children are back.  Ralph, Imogene, Leroy, Claude, Ollie, and Gladys.  But this time it's Halloween that is in jeopardy from the horrible siblings.  They have already wiped out Flag Day when they stole the flag.  And Arbor Day when they stole the tree.  And they are usually up to something on Halloween.  Like the time they let all the animals out of the shelter and the dogs almost ate Alice who was dressed up like a hot dog.  Or the rather tame trick of stealing the bags of candy from unsuspecting trick-or-treaters.  But this year, the mayor has decided to cancel Halloween.  But there will be a party at school on October 29th.  Hey, that's not Halloween.  What's going on here?
