Elizabeth Warren was born in Oklahoma. The family wasn't rich but they got by. Until her father had a heart attack and couldn't work. It was then that Elizabeth understood that no matter how hard people work, there are times when things go wrong. She decided to to to college and become a teacher. It took persistence but she finally finished college and became a teacher. And then a lawyer, and then a U.S. Senator. Whenever she saw injustice, she studied the problem and made a plan.
