Russell doesn't know what he did to cause this.  But now he is the target of a bully.  After being beaten up, the bully warns him that it will happen again.  And there is nothing Russell can do to stop it.  Russell is now in fear all the time.  He decides to talk to Elliot.  Now, Elliot's been a victim of bullying all his life and he seems to enjoy it.  What Russell learns is that no one likes to be bulllied but they feel helpless to stop it.  And then the kids get an idea.  A wonderful idea.  They begin an Internet newsletter with stories from bullies and those who have been bullied.  Can something like this possibly change things?
