In a refugee camp in Peshawar, Pakistan, there are many, many people who had to run away from their homes in Afghanistan because of war.  These people live with very little and depend on relief workers for food and clothing.  When the relief workers arrive with a load of clothing, the refugees all scramble to get what they can.  Ten year old Lina finds one beautiful sandal in the dust.  But where is the other?  She finds it on the foot of another refugee girl.  The two girls make a plan to share the sandals.  Life in the camp is not great but the two sandals and four feet help.
