Colin has lots of brother and sisters but he is the smallest of all.  He is so small that his mother is afraid he will get hurt.  Each day when his brothers and sisters go out to play, he has to sit inside with his mother so he won't get hurt.  But then Grandmother came up with a great idea.  Wrap Colin up in cotton and that will keep him safe from everything.  What a brilliant idea!  Or is it?
