The Man Who Loved Clowns, June Raw Wood  based on her brother who had Downs.
Head Above Water, written by the wonderful author S. L. Rottman.  It is about a girl who is a swimmer and has a brother with Down's Syndrome.  The book does a wonderful job of showing the joys and difficulties of caring for a person with Down's Syndrome.  It also deals with the hassling that many of these kids get in school, as well as the Special Olympics.
