Gammell, Stephen.  Is That You Winter. It is kind of weird, and old man winter is a cowboy kind of an old guy who drives a pick up truck.

Richardson, Judith. Old Winter.  It is about Old man Winter. He falls asleep and fails to leave so Spring can come.  It snows and snows and snows and snows.

Root, Phyllis. Grandmother Winter. A wonderful story about making a quilt full of goose feathers that she shakes for snow.
